It's all about control
In close cooperation with Mammoet we designed, built, and commissioned 8 pieces “Jacking System” power packs and control system. The jacking system adds 600 mm of additional stroke when lifting a XXL monopile. Hydraulics and Hydro-CAN controls come together in this system. Each individual HPU has its own controller and a length measuring system that via a CANBUS line communicates with the main controlbox. On a bright display all settings for the lift can be entered while the actual lift can be controlled with a radio remote control.
